How much does it cost to work with you?

Our pricing varies depending on the scope of the project and the services required. We offer customized quotes for each project and work with you to develop a plan that fits within your budget. For our Integrated Creative Services, we charge an hourly fee based on how many hours per month you need. If you’d like to get a customized proposal or learn more about our Integrated Creative Services pricing, simply send us a note.

Depending on your project, we use various analytics tools to track project performance and provide regular progress reports. Before we kick off a project, we make sure we know what metrics matter most to your business and develop a plan to move the needle, maximize results, and share that data with you and your team.  

How do you handle feedback or revisions?

We believe that effective communication is critical to the success of any project. Here’s how we approach feedback and revisions during the project:

  • Regular check-ins: We schedule regular check-ins with clients throughout the project to ensure that we’re meeting their expectations.
  • Feedback: We encourage clients to provide feedback throughout the project, and we work until they’re satisfied with the final product.
  • Revisions: We include a certain number of revisions in our proposals, and we work with clients to ensure that we meet their needs.

How do you ensure a project stays within budget?

We understand that budget is a critical factor in any project. Here’s how we ensure that our clients’ projects stay within their budget:

  • Proposal: We provide a detailed proposal that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and budget. If we come in under budget, that’s what you get charged. If we come in over budget (without any changes in scope), that’s on us and you aren’t charged for the overage. 
  • Project management: We work closely with clients to ensure that the project stays on track and within budget.
  • Transparency: We provide regular updates on the project’s progress and budget, and we work with clients to ensure that we meet their needs while staying within their budget. Any changes that would affect the project scope are communicated to the client proactively so we can decide the best course forward.
